Charms Foundation

Charms Foundation is based out of the Sorrento building on Veera Desai Road. We're right opposite the Country Club in Andheri West. It's a pretty well-known spot, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We're up on the 23rd floor in unit 2304. The view is nice, but we spend most of our time looking at files and talking to people who come by. It started off as just a few of us wanting to do something useful with our spare time. Andheri West is a busy place, and it feels like there’s always something happening right outside the gates. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group trying to manage things from this apartment. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, especially in the mornings when everyone is leaving for work. We don't do big marketing campaigns. Most people hear about us from a friend or someone else in the building. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay organized, even if the desk gets a bit messy sometimes. Being near the Country Club means it's a bit noisy on weekends, but we don't mind. We're just here doing our bit. If you're in the neighborhood, you've probably seen the building. We've been here for a bit now, and we've gotten to know the security guards and the local shopkeepers pretty well. It's a decent place to work from.
