You can find us at Chandratara Laxmi Realtors LLP over in Borivali West. Our office is A/302 in the Rishikesh Park building on Simpoli Road. We are right near Gokhale School, so there are always parents and kids around during the day. It’s a pretty residential neighborhood, which suits the kind of work we do. We mostly deal with local apartments and shops in the Borivali area. Our office isn't some high-rise corporate suite. It’s a regular room in a residential society where we have our desks and cabinets full of files. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who live nearby or are looking to move into the area. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up every day and try to help people figure out their property stuff. Simpoli Road is a familiar place for us, and we know most of the buildings around here. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few people stop by at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Mumbai. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. Most of our day is taken up by phone calls and paperwork, which is just the nature of the business. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way because it keeps things grounded and easy to manage for everyone involved.
