Chandnani Infrastructure

You’ll find us in Andheri West, right in the Raheja Complex at 7 Bunglows. Our office is actually Flat 101 in the Ashirwad 1 building. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is how we like it at Chandnani Infrastructure. We’ve set up our desks in the main rooms, and the kitchen is where we all go for our tea breaks. Being in Andheri West means it’s always lively outside. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or looking at site plans on our screens. It’s not a massive team, just a few of us who have worked together for years. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. Most people who come here already know us or have been told where to go. The space is filled with files, samples of materials, and the occasional stack of newspapers. The Raheja Complex is a bit older, but it has a good feel to it. Living and working in the same area means we know the local shopkeepers and the guys who fix the plumbing. It’s a very grounded way to run an infrastructure business. We don't need a high-rise view to know what's happening on the ground in Mumbai. We just want to get the work done right. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day, even when things get stressful with deadlines.
