Chandika Wealth Advisors Llp is based at Flat No. 105 in Link Apartment. We are situated in the TPS III area of Khari Village in Old Khar, which is part of Khar West. It’s a really interesting part of Mumbai because you have the old village vibe mixed in with the newer apartments and shops. Our office is on the first floor, so it’s easy to get to. We aren't a big, flashy firm. We are just a small group of people who advise others on how to manage their wealth. We spend a lot of time talking to clients and trying to figure out what makes sense for their specific situations. The office is quite cozy. We have some comfortable chairs and a big table where we do most of our meetings. It’s not very formal here. We might be wearing jeans or casual shirts most days. We’ve lived and worked around Khar for a long time, so we know the area and the people pretty well. Sometimes the street outside gets crowded with vehicles, but inside it’s usually calm. We don’t have any polished marketing materials or a big sales pitch. We just explain things as they are. People seem to appreciate that we don’t use too many technical terms. We just try to be helpful and stay on top of the financial news. It’s a modest business, but we take the work seriously and do our best every day for everyone.
