CHANDANSAGAR CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is in room 203 of the Lotus Building, which is in Sainath Wadi, Mulund. Chandansagar Construction Private Limited is a small team, and we’ve been based in this part of Mumbai for quite some time. The building is a bit older, and the stairs can be a bit steep, but it suits us just fine. We spend most of our time managing construction projects, which involves a lot of coordination with different workers and material suppliers. Mulund is a busy suburb, and there’s always something going on outside our windows. Inside, the office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints, site photos, and various samples of tiles or granite. We don’t have a polished corporate image, and we don't really want one. We are just regular people who know how to handle a construction site. Most of our lunch breaks are spent at the local stalls nearby, which is one of the perks of being in Sainath Wadi. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do; we just build things. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or issues with the weather, especially when the rains are heavy, but we just handle it as it comes. It’s not a perfect job, but it’s what we’re good at. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the next project finished.
