Our office for Chameza Projects Private Limited is tucked away in Sejal Park, over in Dahisar East. We are in unit E-504 on Sant Mirabai Road, which is in the Ghartanpada No -2 neighborhood. If you know Mumbai, you know Dahisar is always humming with people and vehicles at all hours. It’s a practical spot for us because it’s easy to reach different project sites from here without getting stuck too long. The office itself is just a regular room filled with files, some old desks, and a lot of coffee mugs left over from long meetings. We do a lot of project work, mostly focusing on the residential and commercial stuff that pops up around this side of the city. It’s not a shiny corporate environment by any means. There’s usually dust on the windows from the road outside and the sound of the local traffic is always in the background. We are just a group of people trying to keep things running smoothly. Some days everything goes to plan, and other days we are scrambling to fix something on a site or deal with a late delivery of sand or bricks. That’s just the nature of the business we are in. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk, we just get the job done and go home. It’s a straightforward way to run a company and it seems to work for us.
