CHAMANKAR RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based in Andheri West, specifically over at the Versova Aditi CHS Ltd building. It’s right across from the telephone exchange in SVP Nagar, MHADA. Being in Mumbai, things are always moving fast. We run Chamankar Resorts from this spot. It’s not a huge office, just a place where we handle the business side of things for our resorts. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in Mumbai long enough to know the shortcuts. We spend a lot of time on the computer or the phone, trying to get the schedules right. It gets a bit cramped in the office when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. The location is 400053, which is a decent area to be in. We don’t have some big mission statement or anything. We just want to make sure the resorts are running okay and that the guests aren't complaining. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves or call a guy. Other times, it's just endless paperwork for the government that seems to take forever. We try to be honest about what we can do. It’s a family-style business in a way, even if we are a private limited company. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. That’s the reality of it. It’s just what we do to get by in the city.
