Chaibasket Rkg Private Limited

We work out of a flat in the Gaurav Garden Complex in Kandivali. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. Chaibasket Rkg Private Limited is our small operation. We focus on tea and everything that goes with it. The office is on the fourth floor of the Gaurav Geet building. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we’d like. We spend a lot of time figuring out how to pack our baskets so nothing breaks. It’s a lot of trial and error. We started this because we thought people would like a simple way to get their tea supplies. It’s not a massive corporate office with glass walls. We have some wooden racks and a lot of cardboard boxes. Mumbai is a loud city, but it's relatively peaceful here on Bunderpakhadi Road. We’re just a small team trying to make things work. Sometimes we argue about which tea is better, but it's all in good fun. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements. We just pack the baskets and send them out. It's a lot of manual work, taping up boxes and writing out addresses by hand. We like the feeling of finishing a big batch of orders. It’s just what we do every day. No bells and whistles, just tea in baskets. It gets dusty, but we keep the place as clean as we can.
