Ceres Developers Private Limited

We are located in the Godrej One building over in Vikhroli East. It’s right there in Pirojshanagar, just off the Eastern Express Highway. Being in such a big building can feel a bit much sometimes, but it’s where we do our business. We are Ceres Developers. We spend our days working on various development projects around Mumbai. The city is always loud and moving, and our office is right in the middle of that flow. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk. We just focus on the plans and the builders. Managing these kinds of projects takes a lot of coordination. We are often stuck in traffic on the highway going from one site to another. That’s just life in Mumbai. The office is where we handle the legal stuff and the planning. It’s a professional setup, but we keep it pretty grounded. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to get the buildings finished on time. There are always challenges, like material costs or labor issues, but we work through them. People know us for being regular folks who happen to build things. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do. If you’re passing through Vikhroli, you’ve probably seen the area we work in. We just keep plugging away at our projects and making sure we get the small details right as we go through each day.
