Capstonee Builders And Developers Llp is based way up on the 24th floor. We are in Flat No. 2404 at The Address, Boulevard 4. You can find us on L.B.S. Marg, right next to Godrej Gate No. 1 in Ghatkopar West. Being on the 24th floor means we have a pretty good view of the city, which is a nice change from the street-level noise. We are a small team working on building and development projects. Our office is where we do all the drafting, planning, and meeting with clients. It’s a modern building, but we try to keep the atmosphere inside the office pretty relaxed and down-to-earth. We aren't fans of the typical corporate runaround. We just want to build things that last. Ghatkopar West is a very active area, and being right on L.B.S. Marg makes it easy for people to find us, even if they have to go through the security at the gate first. We’ve been at this for a bit now. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects around town. We don't do much in the way of big ads. We just focus on the task at hand, whether that’s getting a permit approved or finishing up a design. It’s a lot of hours, but we like what we do. It’s just us, working through the daily challenges of the construction world from our spot in the sky. We keep things simple and practical.
