At Capacious Realtors Private Limited, our workspace is located in Ghatkopar West. We are in the Kalpataru Aura complex on LBS Marg. Specifically, we are in Building No 3D, Phase II, at unit 191. LBS Marg is one of those roads that never seems to sleep, so there is always a background hum of traffic outside. Being in Building 3D means we are part of a large residential and commercial community. The 400086 area is a lively spot in Mumbai City, and we fit right in with the daily hustle. Our office is a functional space where we handle all our administration. It’s not a huge place, but it works for us. We have our desks set up in a way that makes it easy to talk to each other while we work. Most days are a mix of typing up documents and drinking way too much tea. The security guards at Kalpataru Aura know us by now since we are in and out of the building constantly. We like being in Phase II because the facilities are decent and it feels secure. We don’t have a fancy mission statement to show off. We just focus on getting the daily paperwork finished and making sure we stay organized. It’s a lot of routine work, but we find our rhythm in it. Being based in Ghatkopar West gives us a good base to operate from, and we just take things one day at a time here at Capacious Realtors Private Limited.
