We are located at unit 8 in the Rainbow Industrial Estate, right on Central Road in the MIDC area of Andheri East. It is a pretty convenient spot since it is directly opposite the ICICI Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us. CALLEGARI CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is basically a local construction outfit. We spend our days dealing with all the usual stuff like site visits, ordering steel, and managing the labor crews. Being in an industrial estate means there is always noise from the nearby workshops, but we do not mind it much. Our office is a straightforward space where we keep our files and meet with the guys from the sites. It is not fancy by any means, just a place to get the work done. Construction in a city like Mumbai is always a bit of a gamble with the timing because of the traffic and the weather. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. We have been around this part of Andheri for a while and know the local suppliers well. There is no corporate polish here, just some desks and a lot of talk about current projects. If you come by, you will likely see a few of us drinking tea and looking over some technical drawings. We just take it one project at a time and try to keep our heads down and work. It is a lot of coordination, but we have managed it so far.
