Caldwell Sea Private Limited

Our office is right above the D Mart in Kanjurmarg West. It makes it easy to grab a snack or some groceries after we finish for the day at Caldwell Sea Private Limited. Being in the Dhamji Shamji Business Galleria means there's always something going on. We are on the fifth floor. It’s a standard office space, nothing too special to look at. We spend most of our time looking at logistics and paperwork related to the sea and trade. It’s a lot of coordination. Mumbai's L.B.S. Marg is always packed with cars, so we hear the honking all day long. You get used to it after a while. We started this because we knew the area and saw an opportunity to get involved in the shipping side of things. It’s not always easy. Sometimes ships are late or the paperwork gets stuck somewhere. We just keep pushing through. There are a few of us in the office, and we try to stay organized, even when the desk gets buried under folders and files. We don't have a big marketing team. We just answer the phones and reply to emails as fast as we can. It’s a practical business. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay out of trouble. If you’re ever at the D Mart downstairs, you’re basically standing right under us. It’s just a normal day-to-day grind for us to make things happen in this busy part of town.
