We set up Cafeinate Cuisines (Opc) Private Limited over in Mahim West. Being near Canossa Convent High School means it’s a busy spot most days with kids and parents everywhere. We are at Nagree Terraces on Sonawala Agiary Lane, up on the second floor in room 202. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just where we handle the food business side of things. Mumbai is a fast place so we try to keep up with how people want to eat these days. Sometimes the traffic on the lane gets a bit much, but that is just part of being in this part of the city. We started this because we wanted to do something with food and drinks. It is just us working here right now. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny lobby. Most of our time is spent looking at menus or talking to suppliers to make sure everything is coming in right. It is a lot of work honestly. There are days when the paperwork piles up and we just want to get back to the kitchen stuff. But we stay organized at our desk here. If you are walking past the school, you might see our building. It’s a solid old place. We like being in Mahim because it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually know each other. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day, hoping things go smoothly. It is not always easy, but it is what we do.
