C21St Foods & Beverages Private Limited

We operate out of a ground floor flat in Ghatkopar East. It’s a handy spot on Vallabh Baugh Lane. Ashwin building isn’t hard to find if you know the area. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of people walking by throughout the day. C21St Foods & Beverages Private Limited is basically just us trying to make a go of it in the food world. Some days are slow and others we can barely keep up with the paperwork. It’s not a big corporate setup. We have a small kitchen area and some office space where we track orders. Ghatkopar is always crowded, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. We deal with drinks and snacks mostly. It’s funny how much time you spend thinking about packaging and expiry dates. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide something decent. The neighbors are nice, though we try not to be too loud since it's a residential building. Sometimes the monsoon rain leaks a little near the front door, but we just put a bucket there and keep going. That’s just how it is. It's a small team here. We make our own tea in the afternoons and talk about what needs to get done by Friday. It's a regular job for us. No fancy titles or big meetings. Just work and trying to keep everything organized on our shelves.
