C S Construction India Private Limited

Our office for C S Construction India is at Plot No. K/21 in the G.O. Co-Op Society in Bharat Nagar. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being on a main commercial road, which we like. We have been here for a while, and the office is basically filled with old files, rolls of blueprints, and a few dusty computers. We are a private limited company, but it feels more like a family business most days. We do various types of construction work. We don't have a big corporate structure with different departments. If something needs doing, one of us just does it. Whether it's ordering more bricks or talking to a client about a wall that needs fixing, it's all part of the day. Bharat Nagar is a good location for us to keep track of our projects without too much distraction. We don't spend time making fancy presentations or using big words to sound important. We just show up, do the building work, and move on to the next task. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we have our meetings to discuss what’s going on at the current site. Construction is never smooth, there's always something—a delay in materials or a machine breaking down. We just handle it as it comes. It's a simple, honest way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for years.
