Bynal Buildtech India Private Limited operates out of a small room, number 11, on the third floor of Laxminiwas in Bhattipada. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s our home base. This part of the area is quite crowded, and the building itself has a lot of character. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us working hard on buildtech projects. The office is often filled with rolls of drawings and samples of materials. It can get a bit cramped when we have a few visitors, but we make it work. We spend most of our days coordinating with site managers and trying to stay on top of the latest building techniques. Things don't always go according to plan in this industry, and we’ve had our share of long nights and missed lunches. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a small kettle in the corner. People who come to see us know we are straightforward. We don't use any of that marketing jargon. We just talk about what needs to be done and how we’re going to do it. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always full of life. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and work. That’s enough for us most days.
