We are over in Malad West, right near the D Mart. It’s a busy area and we’re located in Interface Heights, specifically Building A on the 2001 floor. Getting a hospitality business off the ground in Mumbai isn't exactly a quiet process, but we’re here now. Most days it’s just us trying to keep everything moving smoothly. The office is usually full of papers and someone is always on the phone. We started this because we wanted to do something with food, specifically focusing on what we know. It's not a fancy corporate setup. We just have our space here on Link Road. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, but being close to the landmark makes it easier for people to find us. We don't have a big team of suits. It’s just people who show up and get the work done. The name says what we're about, though we handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for the business here. We spent a lot of time getting the paperwork right and finding this spot. It’s a decent place to work from. There’s always someone coming or going. We don’t really do the whole formal about us thing well, so this is just us. If you’re around Malad W, you probably know the building. We’ve been here for a bit now, just handling the daily grind of the food industry. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy. We're just a small crew in a big building.
