You’ll find our office in Malad West, Mumbai, in B-904 of Vastu Towers. We are located right opposite Ryan International School, which is a big help when we’re giving people directions. We work in the impex industry, handling all sorts of imports and exports. Mumbai is such a major hub for this kind of work, and being in Malad gives us a good connection to the rest of the city. We don't have a giant team or a sprawling office. It’s just a small, focused group of us who handle everything from start to finish. We don't use corporate jargon or try to sound like a multinational firm. We’re just a local business doing what we know best. Most of our day is taken up with emails, phone calls, and dealing with all the paperwork that comes with international trade. It can be a lot to manage, but we like the pace of it. We started Busicon Impex because we wanted to offer a more personal way of doing business. We aren't interested in being the biggest, just in being reliable and getting the work done. The office is a practical space where we can get through our tasks without a lot of distractions. We don't have a lot of fancy marketing materials. We just rely on our experience and the relationships we’ve built over the years. It’s honest, hard work and that’s what we’re about.
