We have been at Raheja Sherwood for a while now. It’s a busy spot right behind The Hub in Goregaon East. If you are driving down the Western Express Highway, you probably know how hectic this part of Mumbai gets. Our office is in the A-wing, up on the fourth floor. It is just a regular workspace where we get things done. Built Studio (Opc) Private Limited isn't some massive corporate entity with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team focused on our projects. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking at plans. People ask what we do exactly, and mostly it is just keeping things moving forward on the construction side. We have stayed in Mumbai because this is where the work is. The traffic near the highway is a total pain, but being centrally located helps when we need to visit sites across the city. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but we make it work. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish what we started. You won't find flashy brochures here. It is mostly just desks, computers, and half-empty coffee cups. Being an OPC means things are handled directly. There is no big board of directors to hide behind. It is just us in room 405. If you are around Goregaon, you might have seen the sign. We try to keep things simple and honest.
