BUILDUS ENGINEERS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in Building Number 39, Flat B-40B, over at Vashinaka in Chembur. It’s near Shivaji Nagar, which is a busy spot in Mumbai. Buildus Engineers India Private Limited is the name on the door, but we’re really just a group of people who enjoy the technical side of building things. Our office is part of the CTS NI161B block, and it’s usually filled with blueprints and various pieces of equipment. Being in Chembur gives us a good central point to reach different parts of the city for our engineering projects. We spend a lot of time calculating loads and figuring out the best way to put a structure together. It isn't always exciting work, and there’s a lot of double-checking involved to make sure everything is safe. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress people with fancy titles. We just explain what needs to happen and then we get to work. Sometimes the humidity in Mumbai makes the office feel a bit cramped, but we make do. We’ve been working in this field for a while now, and we’ve seen all sorts of weird issues on job sites. Dealing with the bureaucracy of the city is probably the hardest part of the job. We just try to stay focused and keep our projects moving along as best as we can. It’s all about solving problems and getting the engineering right before the first brick is even laid.
