Buildnet Exports And Marketing (Opc) Private Limited is located in Office No 8. It is inside the Neelkanth Shopping Center which is a Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. You can find us at the Cama Lane corner in Ghatkopar West. Being in a shopping center means there is always something going on downstairs. People are coming and going for their own errands all day long. The office itself is small since it is an OPC, so it is mostly just one or two people here at a time. We do our marketing and export work from this corner spot. It’s a bit of an older building compared to the new glass towers you see these days. The stairs are narrow and sometimes the corridor gets a bit dark if the lights aren't on. We like being in Ghatkopar because the station isn't too far away if you need to catch a train. There are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick snack during lunch. Our desks are usually covered in files and ledgers because we have a lot to keep track of. It is a very normal workspace without any big decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the exports and talking to our contacts. The windows look out towards the lane where you can see the local traffic and shops. It’s a very grounded way to run a business and we just do our best to stay organized.
