BUILDMEX-INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED

Buildmex-Infra is based out of Ghatkopar West, specifically in the Vista/3 building which is part of The Address by the Wadhwa Group. We’re up on the 15th floor, Flat 1502. Being on LBS Marg means we’re right in the thick of things in Mumbai. It’s a busy road and there is always noise and movement, which is just part of living and working in this city. We aren’t some huge corporation with a whole building to ourselves; we run things from our office space here. It works for us because we can keep an eye on projects across the city. Ghatkopar is a central spot, even if the traffic on LBS Marg can be a total nightmare sometimes. We do a lot of infra-related work, so we’re usually out and about, but the flat is where we handle all the coordination. It’s a bit different running a construction firm from a residential-style complex, but it’s becoming more common these days. We keep things pretty simple. There aren't any big marketing teams here, just us trying to keep the projects on track and the paperwork in order. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they see our name on a site somewhere. We like the view from the 15th floor, but most of our work happens down on the ground at the construction sites. Being up here just gives us a bit of a break from the street-level chaos of LBS Marg.
