If you know LBS Road in Ghatkopar West, you know it’s always packed with traffic and people. We’re right there, in the Bhaveshwar Arcade Annexe, unit 405. We’re pretty close to Shreyas Cinema, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. Our daily life involves a lot of food and beverage planning. The office isn't anything too special, just a functional space where we keep our files and meet with people. Being on LBS Road means we’re right in the middle of everything, which helps when we need to get things moved around the city. We spend a lot of time testing out different recipes and looking at packaging. It can get a bit loud with the street noise coming up to the fourth floor, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We aren't trying to be a fancy cafe or a high-end restaurant; we’re just a private company working on the supply and production side of things. Most days are spent on the phone or sitting at the desk looking at numbers. It’s simple, honest work. We have a small pantry where we try out our own products, which is probably the best part of the day. It’s a practical location for us and we’re happy to be part of the Ghatkopar business community. No frills, just business as usual. We often stay late when there is a lot of work to finish.
