Our shop is tucked away in Thakur Complex in Kandivali East. You can find us at Shop Number 22 in the Gokul Galaxy building. We’ve been a part of this neighborhood for a while, and we really like the energy of Mumbai. It’s not a huge office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular local shop where we sit and talk about property. Most of the time, one of us is in the office while the other might be out showing a flat to a family nearby. We know the buildings in Thakur Complex and the surrounding streets because we’re here every single day. People often just drop by when they’re out doing their shopping to ask about rent or what’s selling. We don't use a lot of fancy terminology or try to push anyone into making a choice. We think it’s better to just give practical advice. If a place is too expensive for what it is, we’ll mention it. Real estate involves a lot of documents and back-and-forth, so we just try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. We drink plenty of chai and have a lot of conversations with our neighbors. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We aren't corporate consultants. We are just local guys who know the Kandivali market and like helping people find their next home.
