BRICKS CONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED

We operate out of a small space in Mamata Chawl, right near the Madina Masjid in Jogeshwari West. Being in Mumbai, space is tight, so we have to stay organized. We handle a lot of logistics for bricks and building materials. It’s not a fancy office at all. Usually, there are papers everywhere and the phone is ringing with people asking about deliveries. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and most people know where the New Link Road office is. We don't do much in the way of fancy branding. We just connect people who need bricks with the supplies they require. It’s a lot of talking to truck drivers and making sure things get through the Mumbai traffic, which is never easy. Some days are stressful when a load gets stuck in a jam, but that's just how it is here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the builders around here get what they need so they can finish their projects. Our neighbors are mostly other small shops and families, so it feels like a real community. We keep our overhead low and just focus on the day-to-day tasks. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and checking the schedules. It’s simple work, but it keeps the city growing and helps us support our families at the same time. We are just regular people doing a job.
