Our place is Shop No 2 in Dolphin House, which sits right on Carter Road in Bandra. Most people know this part of Mumbai because of the sea and the crowds that gather here. Bournemouth Foods And Beverages Private Limited is the business we run from here. It is a small shop, but it is in a good spot for being noticed by locals. Being in 400050 means we see all sorts of people walking by every day. The salt air from the ocean can be a bit much for the metal shutters, so we have to keep an eye on that so they don't rust. Inside, it is just a normal shop layout with shelves and a counter. We use the space to manage our food and beverage operations. It gets pretty busy on weekends when everyone comes to Carter Road for a walk. We don't have a lot of space for extras, so every corner is used for something important. Sometimes we just stand by the door and watch the world go by for a minute before getting back to the lists and the orders. It is not a corporate headquarters, just a local shop in a busy neighborhood. We deal with the usual stuff like deliveries, cleaning, and the constant paperwork. It is a bit noisy and a bit crowded, but that is Bandra for you. We are happy to have our little corner here.
