Blustery Builders and Contractors Private Limited is over at Rama Nivas, specifically Room 3/4 on the ground floor road in Tembipada, Bhandup. This part of Mumbai is where we stay busy with building projects. It’s a local spot and we’ve been here for a while now. The Bandra Suburban area is active but we keep our office simple. We handle various construction jobs that come our way. People usually find us near the Tembipada landmark if they are looking for the office. We don’t really have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and plans spread out on the table. Living and working in Bhandup means we know the neighborhood well. Construction is hard work and it gets dusty, but that’s the job. We try to keep things moving on schedule even when the Mumbai traffic makes it tough to get materials delivered. Our address is 400078, which is right in the heart of things here. If you walk past the GD Road area, you'll likely see our name or some of our equipment moving around. It’s mostly just us doing what needs to get done for the day. We deal with the usual paperwork and site visits. Sometimes it’s chaotic, but we manage. We aren't a giant corporation, just a local team working out of Rama Nivas. Most days are spent on-site, but the office is where the planning happens. It’s not always pretty, but we get the work done.
