Bluekey Realbluekey Real Estate Advisors Llp is based out of Kandivali West. You can find us at Shop-2 on the ground floor of the Charkop Yojana Chsl building in Sector-2. It’s a handy location because being on the ground floor means people can just walk in without having to deal with elevators. We’ve been in Charkop for some time and we’ve gotten to know the layout of the blocks pretty well. Our team is small and we don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just have a desk, some chairs, and a phone that rings more often than we expect. Most of what we do involves advising people on where to put their money when it comes to property. It’s not always easy, but we try to be as straightforward as possible. We don't like using jargon that nobody understands. If a deal looks bad, we say so. The office is usually a bit busy, especially in the mornings when we’re planning our site visits. We spend a lot of time walking around the different sectors of Kandivali. It’s a good way to see what’s actually happening on the street. We aren't looking to become a giant firm; we just want to do our work and go home. If you are in Sector-2 and need to chat about a shop or a flat, we’re usually around. It isn't a flashy life, but it keeps us connected.
