Blue Worth Properties Private Limited

We’re located up on the 17th floor of Neelkanth Heights in Mulund West. Being that high up in Neelkanth Nagar gives us a pretty good view of the area, though we’re usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. Blue Worth Properties is our small company. We’ve been operating out of B.P.S Road for a while now. It’s a busy part of Mulund, and there’s always a lot of traffic and people moving around the neighborhood. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us answering emails and taking people to see different flats. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little overwhelming, but we just take it one file at a time. We try to be as helpful as we can without being pushy. Nobody likes a pushy salesperson, so we just show the properties and let people decide for themselves. The building is a big one, so we see a lot of our neighbors in the elevator every day. We’ve gotten to know the local market pretty well, from the older buildings to the new ones going up near the station. It’s a lot of walking and talking, but it’s decent work. We don't use any fancy scripts or sales pitches. We just tell you what the rent is or what the owner is looking for and go from there. It's practical and keeps us busy in this part of town.
