Our little office is Shop No 4 in the A Wing of the building on VL Garden Lane, just off Agra Road in Ghatkopar. The plot numbers are 9 and 10 and the CTS number is 102 123, if you’re looking for the official records. Blue Walls Infra (OPC) Private Limited is a small operation, mostly just me and a couple of people helping out with the paperwork and site visits. We focus on local infrastructure and small-scale building work in this part of Mumbai. Being in Ghatkopar is great because it’s a tight-knit community and we know a lot of the people around here. The office is small and can get a bit crowded when we have visitors, but it serves its purpose. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen what we’ve done before. We spend a lot of time on Agra Road, going back and forth between different jobs. It’s dusty and noisy work, but it’s satisfying to see something actually get built. We don't try to sound like a big multinational company. We are just a local business trying to make a living and do right by our clients. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we eventually get through it. It’s just how things go when you are running a small shop like this.
