Our office is over at The Capital in the G Block of the Bandra Kurla Complex. We are in Office 701, which is on the seventh floor. The building is at Plot C-70 in Bandra East. Blacklion Real Estate India Private Limited is the name on the lease. BKC is a very busy part of Mumbai. There are always cars and people everywhere. Our office is a bit of a retreat from all that noise once you get upstairs. It’s a modern building, but inside our space, it’s just us working. We have the usual computers and a lot of paperwork related to real estate. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view, though we’re mostly looking at other buildings. We don't have any fancy marketing slogans on the walls. It’s just a practical office. We spend most of our time on the phone or in meetings. Some days it’s very quiet and other days it’s quite chaotic. We’ve been in this location for a while because it’s central for everyone. It’s easy to get to from most parts of the city. We don't try to be anything special. We’re just a group of people working in real estate, trying to keep up with the pace of Mumbai. That’s basically who we are and where you can find us.
