Bizarre Flavour Diaries Private Limited

Bizarre Flavour Diaries is up on the third floor of Gloria Apartment in Bandra West. We are on St. John Baptist Road, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Mumbai. The name sounds a bit unusual, but we just liked the idea of keeping a diary of different tastes and recipes. We aren't a big factory. We operate out of a flat, so it feels very personal and homey. You won't find any corporate boardrooms here. Instead, there are notebooks and spice jars everywhere. Bandra is a place where everyone is trying to be trendy, but we just stay in our apartment and work on our food ideas. We do a lot of testing and trying out different combinations. Some of them work and some of them don't, which is why we call it "bizarre" sometimes. We don't have a giant staff. It’s just a handful of us who really care about food. We spend a lot of time talking about ingredients and where to get the best ones in the local markets. It’s not always easy running a business from a residential building, but we make it work. We are just a small group of people in Mumbai trying to do something interesting with flavors. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just focus on the food and let things happen naturally.
