You can find us in Mulund West at the Zenith B Wing. Birlon Ring Traveller Private Limited is located on the 1205th floor of this building on PK Road. We are right near Kalidas Hall, which is a big landmark around here. There is also Keshavpada right across from us. It’s a busy part of Mumbai City. We work with ring travellers which are small but very important parts for spinning mills. Our office is quite high up so we get a bit of a view of the city traffic below. It’s a professional but simple environment. We aren't doing anything flashy here. We mostly answer emails, take orders, and make sure the supplies are getting to the factories that need them. Mulund is a nice area but the commute can be a bit much sometimes for the staff because of the trains. We’ve been at this address for some time now. People know us for these specific parts. We don’t have a huge sales team, just a few of us who know the technical details of what we sell. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except when the phones start ringing in the afternoon. We try to be honest about what we have in stock and when things will arrive. It’s just a normal business day for us, starting early and leaving when the work is finished. We have our files organized and we keep a close eye on the shipping logs every single day.
