We are tucked away in A/02 at the Debonaire C.H.S. on Almeida Road. The area around Chandan 400099 is usually pretty crowded with people going about their day. Bickies Food And Beverages (Opc) Private Limited is basically just us trying to manage the production and sales of our stuff. It's a one-person company on paper, but there are a few of us here helping out. The office space in the building is simple. We have some storage and a couple of desks. Almeida Road can be a bit of a mess with parking, so most of us just take the train or a rickshaw. We handle a lot of the beverage side of things from here. It gets a bit noisy outside because of the traffic, but inside we just focus on the orders. It isn't a huge operation. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure the supplies are moving out on time. Sometimes the paperwork gets messy and we have to spend the whole weekend catching up. We are just regular people working hard in a residential society. The neighbors are nice enough, though they probably wonder why we have so many crates coming in and out. It’s a straightforward life. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to make sure things taste like they should for the people who buy our snacks and drinks. We just keep our heads down and work.
