BHURA CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Bhura Construction (OPC) Private Limited is based in Mumbai, right on 30th Road. The office is located in EM Estate, up on the third floor. Being a One Person Company means that everything is handled very directly. I do not have a huge board of directors or a massive corporate office to manage. It is mostly me and a few trusted contractors and workers I have known for a long time. We focus on various construction projects around the city, which is never a dull job in a place like Mumbai. There is always something that needs to be fixed or a new project starting somewhere nearby. The space in Mumbai is so tight that every single project requires a lot of careful planning and many visits to the site. I spend most of my time moving between the office and the various work sites. It is a lot of manual work and checking on small details to make sure things are going okay. I do not use any big marketing slogans or try to sound more important than I really am. I just take on the work I can handle and try my best to do it right. Sometimes things get messy with the monsoon rain or getting supplies through the heavy city traffic, but you just have to deal with it and move on. People who work with me know I am the person they will be talking to throughout the whole process. It is a very hands-on business.
