We are based in Pantnagar, Ghatkopar East, inside the Parivartan CHS building. It’s building number 155, and the area is often called Naidu Colony. We’ve been part of this community for some time, and our office is just a regular room where we manage our realty work. Being in a housing society means we see our neighbors every day, which keeps things very friendly and local. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know the Ghatkopar area inside and out. Our daily routine involves checking on building sites and making sure the paperwork for the society is in order. The office gets a bit cramped with all the files, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell it like it is. If a project is moving slowly, we say so. If things are going well, we’re happy. Mumbai is a tough place to build anything, and we face the same challenges with space and rules as everyone else. We spend a lot of time at the site or at the local government offices. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. Most of our day is spent making sure the details of the buildings are handled correctly.
