We have been working out of our office at Ashok Vihar CHS for some time now. It is located at D/402 on Military Road in Andheri East, right opposite the N.G. Complex. It’s a busy part of town but we enjoy being right in the middle of it. Usually, it is just a small group of us here, handling different property papers and talking to people who walk in. Most days follow a similar pattern. We focus on real estate in the Andheri East area because that is the neighborhood we know best. Our office is not a fancy place, just a regular work space where we keep our files. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit loud during rush hour, but we have gotten used to it over the years. People often stop by just to ask about flat prices or to see if anything is available for rent nearby. We try to keep our conversations straightforward and honest. Nobody wants to deal with complicated talk when they are just trying to find a home or get their registration done. We have seen many buildings go up and down in this area. It feels good to be a local business here. We don't try to act like a big corporation. If someone needs to find us, we usually tell them to look for the complex near the depot. It makes things easier for everyone. We spend our time on the phone or looking at local maps. It is steady work that keeps us active.
