We’re based in Ghatkopar East, specifically at Shamji Damji Square on the Link Road. It’s right behind Everest Garden, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. The area is always buzzing with people and traffic, being near the engineering works and all. Our office is a bit crowded with all the plans and equipment we keep around. We work on infrastructure projects, so there is always something going on. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams and making sure the trucks arrive when they are supposed to. We aren't the type of people who like sitting in meetings all day. We’d much rather be out where the actual work is happening. Mumbai is a fast-paced place to do business, and Ghatkopar is no different. Sometimes we have to work late to catch up on paperwork after spending the whole day at a site. We don't have a lot of fancy slogans or polished speeches. We just try to build things that last. It’s a lot of sweat and sometimes a lot of frustration when things don't go right, but that's just construction life. We know the people we buy materials from and they know us. It’s a straightforward operation here. We just put in the hours and try to do a decent job every time we take on a new project in the city.
