We are tucked away in 101 Richmond, which is part of the Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West. It is a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here knows. Our name, Bharathitheerthabharathitheertha Consultancy Llp, is quite long, and we often have to repeat it over the phone. We don't have a big corporate lobby or fancy leather chairs. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting at our desks with some coffee and a lot of papers. The 101 Richmond building itself is older, and the elevator can be a bit slow on Monday mornings. We have been here for a while now in Mumbai City, watching the shops change on the street below. Lokhandwala is always moving, but inside our office, we just focus on the consulting work we have to get done. It’s a simple setup. A few computers, a printer that sometimes jams, and a small table for when people drop by to talk. We are not some huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team trying to do right by the people who come to us for advice. The traffic outside in the 400053 area is loud, but you get used to it after a year or two. Sometimes we walk down to the local stalls for a snack in the afternoon. It is a very normal place to work, nothing like what you see in the movies. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks we have for the day. There is always something to do.
