Bharat Patel Welfare Foundation

We are based over in Andheri East, right behind the Cine Magic. The office is in Boston House on Suren Road. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of Mumbai. The Bharat Patel Welfare Foundation was set up to handle welfare work without making a big scene of it. We are usually in the office during normal hours, unless we are out at a site or meeting someone. The traffic on Suren Road can be a bit much sometimes, but that’s just how it goes in this city. Inside, it’s just a regular workplace. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big project. We aren't trying to be some huge corporate entity. We just want to help people out in our own way. It’s a local effort, run by people who live nearby. We know the area well. Most of us have been in Mumbai for years. If you need to reach us, coming by Boston House is usually the easiest way. We don’t do a lot of fancy marketing or anything like that. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. It’s basic, honest work. We aren't looking for awards. Just keeping busy and helping out where we can. There's always someone making coffee or tea in the little corner we have set up.
