Our place is in the transit camp at Bandra Kurla Complex. It is building 24, room 370. Working in BKC is interesting because everything around us is so big and modern, but we are in a more humble setting. We focus on infrastructure development. It is a small setup, though we have plenty of people we coordinate with. The area is always crowded with traffic and people rushing to big offices. We are right in the middle of all that Bandra East hustle. Most of our work involves the actual grit of building things. There is a lot of running around involved in a typical day. We do not have a slick office with glass walls. It is just a room where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone and visiting different sites across Mumbai. It is hard work and the days are usually quite long. The heat in the transit camp can be tough during the summer months, but we just keep going. We do not use any special language to describe what we do. We just build and develop infrastructure projects. It is what we know. Being in Bandra gives us a good central point to reach other parts of the city. We have been here for a bit and we just take it one day at a time. (230 words)
