Bhagyageet Associates Builder & Developer'S (Opc) Private Limited

Bhagyageet Associates is basically a small operation based out of Kandivali West. We are located in Flat 01 of the Indraprashta CHS. If you know the area, we are on M.G. Road, tucked away near Smashanbhomi Lane. It sounds like a bit of a strange landmark, but it helps people find us since we're right near Highland Park too. We do building and development work. It’s mostly one person running the show since it’s an OPC. Mumbai real estate is always moving fast, and Kandivali is no different. We spend a lot of time on-site or dealing with the housing society stuff. It isn’t always glamorous. There’s a lot of dusty shoes and phone calls with contractors. We try to keep things moving so projects don't stall. The office isn't very big, but it serves its purpose for meeting clients and going over blueprints. Being near Highland Park makes it easy for folks to drop by. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Buildings going up everywhere. We are just a small part of that growth. Sometimes it gets stressful with the deadlines and the rains, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and do the work. No big speeches, just building what needs to be built. It’s a local business, through and through. We know the streets around here well and just keep things moving along without any extra fuss.
