Beyond 60 Seniors Care Foundation

We operate out of Flat 604 in Meher Avenue CHS, right on SV Road in Dahisar East. Living and working in Mumbai means you get used to the noise of the traffic, and SV Road is definitely noisy. But up on the sixth floor, it’s a bit calmer. Beyond 60 Seniors Care Foundation is all about the older folks in our community. We realized that once people hit sixty, they sometimes get forgotten or don't have anyone to help with the small things. So, we set up this foundation to fill that gap. We help with doctor appointments, or just check in to make sure everyone is doing okay. It’s not a fancy medical facility; it’s just us in a flat making phone calls and visiting people in the building and the surrounding neighborhood. Dahisar is a tight-knit place if you stay here long enough. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of people who genuinely care about the seniors. Sometimes we sit in the office and just listen to stories from the people who come by. It’s honest work, and it can be tiring, but seeing a smile on someone's face makes the long hours on SV Road worth it. We don't have any big corporate backers, just local support and our own two hands. If you’re in Dahisar East, look for Meher Avenue; we are the ones making sure the elders are alright.
