Betablue Exports And Imports is located over in Malad West, specifically in the Palm Spring Centre on Link Road. If you know that area, you know how busy it gets with all the traffic and people moving around. We are up on the seventh floor in SH-714. It’s a decent sized office where we handle all the logistics and paperwork for moving goods across borders. We spend a lot of time looking at shipping schedules and talking to customs agents. The building itself is a busy place with lots of other companies, so there is always someone in the hallway or waiting for the elevator. We started this because we knew a bit about how trading works and decided to give it a go ourselves. Most days involve a lot of emails and making sure the containers are where they need to be. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us sitting at our desks, drinking tea, and trying to stay on top of the spreadsheets. The view from the window is mostly just more buildings and the road below, which is always packed. We’ve had some long nights here when shipments get delayed, but that is just how this business goes. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone we deal with. It is just a regular office life for us here in Mumbai.
