Our office is in B/404, Girnara Apartment on Pali Mala Road. This is in the Bandra West area, right near Pali Hill. It is a very nice part of Mumbai to be located in. We work from an apartment, which makes things feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial office. We deal with property matters. Bandra is a place where there is always something happening in real estate. We try to keep up with it from our small space here. Most of our time is spent talking to people or checking out different flats and buildings. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area well. It is a busy life but we enjoy being in this neighborhood. The streets are narrow and full of character. We do not use any fancy marketing talk because people here already know who we are. We just tell it like it is. If a property has issues, we say so. It is better to be upfront about things. Working in Pali Hill means we see a lot of different kinds of people every week. Every day is a bit different from the last. We just keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the market. It is a practical business for us. (227 words)
