We’ve been working out of Rahul Apts in Andheri West for a while now. Beacon Property Management Llp is basically a small team here on S. V. Road. The office is at B-401, which isn't hard to find if you know the area. People in Mumbai know how busy Andheri gets, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with property stuff every day. It’s mostly just us answering phones and keeping track of things. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge lobby. It is just a regular office space where we get our work done. Sometimes the traffic on S. V. Road is a bit much, but we like being here. We have been in this spot for some time. There isn't much to say other than we handle management tasks for local properties. If you are looking for the office, just head to Rahul Apts. We are usually here during normal hours. It's a practical setup. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the lists of things that need doing for the buildings we look after. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking to people about their flats. It’s regular work, nothing too complicated. We’ve grown to know the neighborhood quite well over the years. We take care of the paperwork and the small details that property owners usually don't want to mess with. It gets a bit loud outside with the cars, but we don't mind much. We just get on with our jobs.
