Bastiwala Realty Private Limited

GALA NO. 4, 1ST FL, ANSELAM INDUSTRIES. That is where you can find us. We are near the Bombay Pipe Centre on K A Road in Kurla West. The area is very industrial, as you can probably guess from the name of the building. Bastiwala Realty Private Limited has been operating out of this gala for some time. It’s not the kind of place you see in a magazine. It’s got a lot of metal and concrete around, and the sounds of the workshop next door are pretty much constant. We have a few desks and some old chairs, and the tea here is actually pretty good if the guy from the corner shop brings it on time. Kurla is a busy spot, especially this part of Mumbai City. The 400070 area code is full of small businesses like ours. We spend our days mostly on the phone or looking over documents. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the work happening in the other galas, but we don't mind much. It’s just how things are here. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. You just walk up the stairs and we are there. It is a very honest sort of place to work. We like the grit of the neighborhood and the fact that everyone is just trying to get through their day without too much trouble.
