You can find us at the Shivling building on 10th Road in Vile Parle West. We are up on the 8th floor in room 801. Barter Capital Private Limited is a small outfit, and we spend most of our time dealing with various financial and capital matters. Vile Parle is a busy neighborhood, so there is always plenty of noise and activity right outside our windows. Our office isn't one of those high-tech spaces with glass walls; it’s just a normal room with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of computer monitors. We’ve stayed in the JVPD area because it’s a central spot and people seem to know where it is. We are just a handful of employees working together to keep everything running smoothly. There isn't any fancy corporate culture here. We usually just come in, get our coffee, and start going through the day's emails and market updates. It’s the kind of place where everyone pitches in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or fixing the printer. We don't really do big meetings or presentations. We just focus on the work itself and try to be honest about what we can get done. If you are ever in the area, the building is easy to find, though the lift can be a bit temperamental sometimes. It’s a practical workspace for a practical team.
