Barlotas Business Solutions Llp is our firm and we work out of the Universal Industrial Premises CHSL. We are on the first floor, at Plot No. 57 on J P Road in Andheri West. It is room 129. If you know Andheri, you know J P Road is always moving. There is constant noise from the cars and the people outside. Being in an industrial estate means there is always some loading or unloading happening nearby. Our office is not a luxury space. It is a functional room where we keep our computers and paperwork. We like the first floor because it is just one flight of stairs and we are in. The building is old but it works for us. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons dealing with whatever problems come up. It is a basic lifestyle here. We do not have fancy coffee machines or lounge areas. We just have a small space where we put in the hours. Most of the people in the other units are also just small business owners like us, so there is a sense of everyone just trying to make a living. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have our fans running and we keep moving. We are just a local team doing our thing in a busy industrial corner of the city without any drama or complicated corporate stuff.
